Spend a week with your WWS Sailing Sistahs!

But most of all . . . FUN!

Mahalo Sailing Presents

Our 5th Annual Rendezvous

Sea of Cortez, Mexico, April 6 - 13, 2019

La Paz Dinners & Sea Lion Swim

Not only will you meet and sail with your WWS sailing sisters in the beautiful Sea of Cortez, but we'll have all sorts of group activities and get-togethers planned, photo ops and more! And yes, there will be opportunities to learn and practice skills with our awesome captains and first mates.  Expect fun and adventure every day!

As always, we find ways to give back to the local communities on our WWS trips.  This year will will bring school supplies, Luci Lights and other needed items to the kids of San Evaristo.  More details on this soon!

As with all of our trips, this is not a sailing class.  And no sailing experience required! If you just want to sit and relax, we’re all over it!  But, if you want to learn or fine tune your sailing and cruising skills, discuss it with your crew and they provide opportunities for you to participate in the operation of the boat and facilitate your specific instruction request.

The Sea of Cortez is one of our favorite places to share with the Women Who Sail tribe. In addition to the grand time we have with friends old and new, we will see zillions of stars, amazing sun sets and have awesome camp fires on the beach....

The Sea Of Cortez is a fantastic place to explore.  You could devote an entire lifetime and not see it all.  The area where we will be is very remote.  There are no resorts, towns, telephones, supplies – no civilization, other than the small village of San Evaristo.

Isla Partida - We'll explore the dozens of anchorages and small islands along the western side of the island– fish, snorkel, beach comb, hike the canyons, take a million photos!  We’ll all anchor for the night at Caleta Partida, a collapsed volcanic crater with great beachcombing!

Los Islotes -
(a remote rock outcropping) makes for a great stop to watch and swim with the resident Sea Lions.  Then we'll have a nice sail to the cove at Isla San Francisco. Beautiful beach, iconic hike to the ridge where you can photograph our fleet in the bay.  More beautiful water!

Isla San Jose -
a day stop to see the Cordon Cactus Forrest and explore the mangroves.

Isla Coyote -
is another day stop.  It’s a tiny island where fishing folk have lived for hundreds of years.  Sometimes, the ladies have hand made items to sell.

San Evaristo -
here's where we have our group dinner ashore.  We will collect donations for the kids at the school here. Be sure to walk around and over to the other side of town near the salt flats!

One night, we will find a remote beach and have a campfire.  Don’t forget the marshmallows!

There will be many more stops as there are beautiful coves to explore everywhere along the way, and we want you to see and do as much as you want.

The city of La Paz is a wonderful town with an amazing Malecon (Boardwalk) along the waterfront.  There are lots of shops and places to eat and whale sharks to swim with (!), so allow yourself some time either before or after our charter to enjoy .
