How do I book my trip?
You can book any of our trips by clicking the book now button on each trip page or emailing us to confirm your booking.
How do I pay using We Travel?
In order to manage your booking, please go to this page: https://www.wetravel.com/user/my_trips and sign in using your email address that you booked under or that we contact you with. After signing in, select "Manage Booking" then you will be able to see your booking details, payment log, and more.
Do you have payment plans?
Yes! We would be happy to assist you with a payment plan. Send us an email and let us know you are interested in setting up a payment plan and we can set that up with in our booking system.
What do I pack for my trip?
We have written up custom packing lists for our destinations and also have handy tips on our Youtube channel. We would be happy to send that over and if you prefer we can also send you a trip packet which includes printed packing lists and all necessary forms for your trip.
What if I have a disability, can I still participate?
We hope that we can accommodate your specific needs. Please send us an email and we would be happy to let you know if our accommodations will work for you. Whenever possible we are happy to make arrangements for your medical needs.
I need help with my flights?
We have A LOT of experience booking flights and can assist you with the best route and or flight options. We do also work with amazing travel coordinators that we can refer you to as well.
Who do I contact if I have a question or concern on my trip?
Every boat has amazing Captain’s & First mates that will assist you throughout the trip. They are always happy to be of service with any questions and concerns. We will be stopping every night with the other boat(s) on the trip and we can make any necessary changes at that time.
When and where can I exchange currency for my trip?
The airports are often the best place to exchange currency before the trip.
What will the itinerary be?
All sailing itineraries are weather dependent. We would be happy to share more details by email and answer any questions by email.
Do I need travel insurance?
We recommend you get the travel insurance that best fits your needs. We do offer an option through our booking website We Travel. The costs of your travel insurance will depend on the trip price, its destination and length. It could range between $20 - $250. Read the policy details to ensure that it's right for you.
You can purchase travel insurance from Travelex if you are living in the United States or from World Nomads if you live outside the Unites States. We like Travelex and World Nomads because we have found that they have very fair rates for the quality of service they are providing. Click here to get a quote.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We are very accustomed to working with a variety of dietary preferences. Many of our Captain’s have experience with vegan and plant based diets and are able to accomodate your needs.
Should I tip for this trip?
Traditionally our guests tip between 5- 15% to your Captain & Crew at the end of each trip for your wonderful experience and service aboard the boats.
