Here is a convenient place to find printable forms that we require before your trip.
Travel Documents
These are the 5 main documents that need to be filled before every trip. After you have booked we will send a booking confirmation and an email with these forms as well. Please download, fill and sign and send them back. Please do not send a picture of a form. We prefer a mailed copy as it is difficult to print jpeg forms.

For iPhone we find it best to use the Notes app to scan your travel documents.
For Android users you can use Google drive to scan your documents.

Packing lists.
We like to send out a packing list for all of our trips to simplify the question of to bring or not to bring. We also have packing videos and tips for every trip. You may have received these in an email already. Feel free to contact us with any questions and refer back to our FAQ list as we are updating these to fit our most asked questions before and during trips.
